Hey! My name is Adriana and I am Team Lead Talent Acquisition & Office Management for a wonderful team at Appmatics in Cologne, Germany. Coming from a psychology & business psychology backround my passion for HR and Recruitment topics developed early in my career in one of my first jobs. I have been working in Talent Acquisition for over 7 years and have been able to support teams and stakeholders at various levels and build processes in several different companies, both operationally and strategically.
In addition to my strong passion for active sourcing and employer branding, one of my main areas of specialisation is aptitude diagnostics. As a trained aptitude diagnostician, I use valid competency models to ensure objective recruiting processes in order to attract the best talent, both culturally and personally, as well as professionally.
